This is nice enough all inclusive but the food and drinks options are very very limited for AI. The buffet is not great and the AI options at restaurants were pretty bad and so were the drinks. Pool DJ was the best part about this hotel

First time staying here with our 10 year old son. We had a great time overall! Room was good quality, quiet and comfortable. Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable with a bar under legs you could feel and very hard. Occasional smell of cannabis on the balcony coming from other guest rooms. Food was good quality in the buffet though not a huge variation each night like other hotels and not much felt like genuine Spanish cuisine. Enjoyed Narumi Asian restaurant. Pools are lovely and very clean, though not that warm. Fine on a hot day, but wouldn’t enjoy that in winter. They allow inflatables and recycle them for other guests well rather than binning them. Highlight was how much our Son enjoyed his time at Teen Spirit. He’d spend the morning with us at the pool and afternoon there. Gianni was a legend and great fun for him

Overall the hotel couldnt be faulted. We had breakfast included and it was absolutely incredible. Hotel itself has great amenities. Was a bit disappointed that bedding qasnt changed towards the last day there were stains general dirt noticeable otherwise hadnt noticed anything throughout the stay. Subsequently rated cleanliness a 4 otherwise qould have got the full 5. Theres a lot to do at the hotel but we made hood use of both hotel and explored the island well.

Las instalaciones son buenas y el buffet de desayuno muy rico! Especifique que era el cumpleaños de mi pareja y si podian poner algo de cumpleaños al llegar al hotel. Cuando llegamos, no habia nada. Fui a recepción y el señor de recepción me pregunto si no habia visto nada por el cumpleaños a lo que yo le respondi que no y me dijo practicamente “es lo que hay” perdon pero ni siquiera se ofrecio a mejorar y poner el arreglo de cumpleaños. La piscina y el desayuno son lo que mas me gusto pero la atención no. Si buscas algo tranquilo, no es el sitio! Volveria? Si, pero a un mejor precio

Didn’t receive either benefits for being a VIP EXPEDIA Member, which is always disappointing. Hotel in itself is good, has good pools and facilities, breakfast is also great with plenty of choice. Waiters however forget that some guests do actually speak Spanish so being greeted for breakfast 15 mins before closing with a “joder, mismo a la ultima hora” was not music to my ears! Overall most staff are good but service was poor, some lady by the pool next to us ordered a drink, waitress with poor English got it wrong and didn’t rectify, just allowed for guest to pay for incorrect drink after making her almost feel guilty arguing with her that she had ordered the drink she brought her! ASTOUNDED! Specially when cocktails in pool range between 13-19€ for house spirits!! That is not acceptable at all for a 5star! One of the days I requested cleaning of the room via calling reception and also asked change sheets and towels as sheets hadn’t been changed in 4 days and they were visibly dirty. They simply didn’t turn up that day! Overall the stay was good, facilities are good, but staff require training on how to deliver 5 star worthy treatment.
