Great property, staff were amazing. Nice food choices. Only draw back is although there is access to a "beach" is not a sandy one. But the resort was great from the room to the dining options and pool areas were great also. Entertainment at night was fab.

Excellent hotel and staff. Enjoyed very much

Hotel staff is great. All very friendly. Hotel very clean and great design. Several swimming pools, no need to get up to reserve place with a towel. Children friendly but space for only adults. Fantastic food. The girls in the shop and in the Roxitty club rock! Thanks for creating great memories. I will be back !

I Liked the fact there was plenty of sun loungers and the property was very clean. The only thing that let it down was you could not purchase drinks at the bar it was a table service with waiters. They often forget your order or you found yourself waiting a very long time for your drinks to arrive. On a few occasions i had to send my drinks back because they had gone flat because they had been sat on the bar that long. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very very clean. If they sort the waiter service out it would then be a tick for excellent in all boxes.

Got upgraded, and manager allowed a guest for 2 hours. Husbands flight landed early before moving to next hotel. Would return, but it is a tourist area and locals are annoyed

We should have found a king-size bed but instead it was two beds attached, they solved it by putting double sheets instead of singles and under the sheets mattresses that split in half during the night. Rough cleaning of the room, stained sheets and towels. Convenient to have many restaurants inside the hotel, we ate decently but the waiting times were long except for The beach club where you eat well and the service is fast. The buffet focuses more on quantity than quality. The chairs for small children were often dirty and sticky. We used the Splash pool very comfortable with children, even if it took time to be able to order something because the waiters were always busy, but once ordered everything arrived quickly. Since some customers do not have the good sense not to smoke near children it would be ideal to dedicate an area to smoking and prohibit it near the sunbeds. We used the spa, we were satisfied with the massage and the path. Well equipped gym. Very kind and friendly staff. Overall we had a good time but many things can be improved.

Nice hotel with good facilities, entertainment and buffet. €12 for a small glass of sangria, €14 for a simple vodka and coke, €3.50 for a soft drink… a bit excessive. We had a leak from the ceiling and after being offered a late checkout for 2 hours for €50 I mentioned the leak and they said we could have just 1 hour free… knowing 2 hours was possible but of course for a fee.

Very good holiday

It was very nice but recommend staying in August if you are going with kids as a lot of the entertainment wasn’t on yet because we were out of season in June / early July. They had live music every day but it didn’t start until 10pm.

My veiw was not great at all.. my room was really nice so that balanced it out slightly. Drinks around the pool were expensive for what they were.. huge profit on alcoholic and soft drinks.. encourage people to bring there own.. the lower pool had peices missing and small holes in. Could do with some maintenance work as paint and the rendering had fallen off. The staff (all) went above and beyond and were brilliantly friendly.. the entertainment was amazing but when you had to buy your drinks and food.. it was expensive, especially for families. I would definitely book again..But do it slightly differently.

A lovely modern hotel which is very clean and smells divine . The staff are very helpful. Lovely pool areas and the breakfast has so much choice. Drinks aren’t the cheapest but you get at least a double if you are having spirits. The immediate area has some good restaurants, cafes and bars, but not too many, so it’s not too busy. There’s a bus stop and a taxi rank a few steps away which is very good if you want to explore and do not have a car. Bus fare into los Cristianos was 2 euros 55 cents. Overall a great place to stay for all ages .
