The only downside was breakfast was very disappointing as all the pastries had gone and the fresh fruit was looking worse for wear. The bacon was excellent but overall expensive.

Excellent service.
Reception staff were great. We had a problem with the bathroom, with no maintenance staff on Sundays we were quickly given an alternative room. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel was very convenient for the purpose of our visit. The only complaint I have was the noise from the road which carried on through the night, so sleep quality wasn't great. One member of staff in particular was very helpful and very professional in her position as a receptionist. I'm sure she will go far.

The room was not clean dirty mattress something broken on the window carpets dirty. Would not recommend. You can tell the hotel had been used for refugees. It should have been decorated and re-carpeted fully before letting out to the public again. If I would have known this before booking I would not have booked it. Nothing like the pictures. Staff was polite

Stayed here many times previously. This time however, the quality of room servicing was very poor. No vacuuming done, shower and sink not cleaned properly. Outside the entrance was disgusting with over spilling dustbins and over full smokers ashtrays. Not tidied for at least 4 days. Staff are friendly enough and helpful.
