Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. Leisure facilities were wonderful and great to have a pool that the water temperature is so comfortable. Room was clean and beds so.comfortable, was amazed at how much space we had. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with everything you could possibly want. My husband ordered poached eggs and they arrived perfectly cooked. Lovely colouring set and VIK token for the children where they could chose a small present was such a nice touch. Loved the football table and other games in the lobby. Drinks area much appreciated too. This was our first stay but it won't be our last, will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to all

I liked the hotel we have been here three times in the past 4 months , bit disappointed on this time as there were a few children who were very noisy and the parents didn’t do a thing about it we had to move away from the to be able to here what each other had to say even mentioned to bar staff at the time what a shame had a nice meal though well done

Good clean hotel but not good service for breakfast. We went at 9:30 and most vegetarian items were not available. They were not refilled either despite requesting a member of staff.
