Alright.
It was alright, inflexible checkin, location was not solid. Would rather have stayed closer to city for more money. Lesson learned. The room itself was small, bathroom was ok. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Dirty and rude
The guy behind the counter was very rude and mean to us. The restaurant was just microwaved. The room had missing light fixtures, dirty, bug filled, disgusting and uncomfortable. To get there you need trains and busses that took us 2 hours about. This hotel is definitely not a place anyone should stay in.

It was hard to find, but not a bad place...
Park Hotel Blanc et Noir isn't the Ritz-Carlton by any stretch of the imagination but it isn't too bad either. It is a big place, and offers breakfast, and parking if you have a car. The rooms were dark and spooky because they were so old. It was a bit hard to find, but it was an OK place once you got used to it. Looking back at it now, there are worse hotels you could spend the night.

Too old condition. bad A/C, poor shower, too far, breakfast is so boring and very bad service. Good things are: free parking, free wifi (slow) if you just want to stay 1 night it is acceptable.

the rooms are old and need maintenance. There was not refrigerator in the room and did not provide water. the carpet needed to be clean and overall hotel needs to put a little more effort to have the rooms clean and in good condition.

Park like grounds with loads of trees. Good price, but far from the centre of Rome. Good if you hire a car as hotel has ample parking. Breakfast included and great pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Fun and unique place
From outside, the hotel doesn't look like much, but once inside you'll find a clean friendly place. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are decorated really fun!

Needs updating.
Staff helpful, however hotel rooms are in need of some tlc. Toilet not flushing at night, however come morning all working again. Not sure what idea of that is.

Climatisation presqu'inexistante
bel environnement, isolé des services comme magasins , restaurants..., internet peu efficace et seulement dans la salle commune, et surtout sans climatisation efficace. Je devais dormir la porte- patio ouverte en me faisant piquer par les moustiques à 28 degrés. Les ascenseurs étaient peu efficaces et souvent en panne.
