The staff was very welcoming every time we arrived in lobby It was close to shopping & restaurants Transportation was easy to access The room did not have a dresser so challenging to put our things away Our bed was not comfortable nor the pillows ( very hard and not fluffy) Our last evening we had dinner on rooftop like we did our first evening However last evening was greeted by a rude wait staff They seemed to be more fixated about several parties happening instead of hotel guests On our return trip to Roma we were going to stay our last night there but after rudeness received we stayed elsewhere in Prati

Excellent area to stay in Rome. It’s not close to all the fuzz and public transportation allows you to go anywhere easily. The staff and service were very good, kind and willing to help. The rooftop option is a very nice to have and rooms are beautiful and equipped so good. All is clean and works fine. Definitely will recommend it.

Great. But…

Hotel was great and staff were attentive at reception and at breakfast. All very kind, polite and friendly. The rooms were modern and well appointed and in a very hot Rome, the air conditioning worked very well. The only reason for the 4* review was the rooftop terrace. Although it has beautiful views and was the majority of the reason we booked the hotel. The food and beverage costs are very high. Even for Rome €12 for a 33cl bottle of beer is high! Not only that, the service was not very attentive and we had to ask multiple staff for the bill whilst they conversed with other tables ignoring us. Overall, genuinely fantastic and I would certainly stay here again, but given the food/drink options in Rome, I’d perhaps explore your options firsr

This hotel is spectacular. Beautiful rooms and roof top terrace. It is so very close to the Vatican Museums. Staff was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. That said, it is at least a 25-30 min walk to shopping, Trevi and Spanish steps. If capable, the walk is easy to navigate. If there are mobility concerns, I would suggest taking a taxi.

Nice place

Great location, walkable distance to Vatican City, public transport. Good restaurants and stores around. Breakfast was good, complete. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

reportedly a pipe broke and they were unable to give us a two rooms which were paid for. They wanted to locate us outside of the city of Rome half hour drive or more. Finally they did put us in a hotel on the other side of town near the forum. It was not comparable to the Orazio hotel
