The hotel like many properties in Rome is old or old fashioned. The location is the key - just at Termini (main station). Walkable to Trevi, Spanish steps, Colleseum and Pantheon. Staff is professional and nice. Rooms are dated, but clean. Bed was comfortable. If you look for a cheap stay, it can be an option.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft und zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Wir konnten unser zimmer nicht abschliessen und das bad war schrecklich

Ovi ei toiminut. Vesi jäi suhkualtaaseen. Sähköt toimi huonosti. Aamupalalla kuivaa leipää. Ilmastointilaite piti kovaa ääntä.

I took this hotel because it’s next to Termini. Cleanness is good, but room has “old” smell and also the corridors and other spaces. Breakfast was quite low quality.
