Building conditions are ok but a bit old. My room was clean which I appreciate, the curtains where not in the best shape since they had a few holes. Wifi was terrible which was a huge inconvenience for me. Be mindful about the location, since it is 10 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini, It’s very noisy area so bring earplugs to sleep, but in the positive I was able to walk for my next train and skipped the morning traffic.

The hotel is so clean, which is a big thing for me. Helpful friendly, and knowledgeable staff of reception. They were very helpful and one guy in particular so nice and he recommended places to eat which were really nice so I would say take them up on their recommendations.! The hotel is literally a five minute walk from the main terminal station which we got to from Rome airport by Train. I think from the airport to the station it was about €14. The trains run frequently and take about 20 minutes so it’s a very good option saves spending a lot of money on a taxi The area around the station, not particularly nice ,a lot of homelessness and immigrants which were a bit intimidating. I found because we got there when it was dark, but once we got to our hotel it was fine . I can’t recommend the hotel enough so lovely to go to a hotel where there’s no screaming children running around. Our room was big had a lovely bathroom very clean. The shower was amazing . The bathroom included very clean towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. . The room had two or three mirrors one full length, great lighting snd plenty of sockets. The room has very good lighting. Plenty of space to hang clothes and little drawers and things easy to use safe. Huge TV on the wall. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast is help yourself hot and cold buffet with everything you can think of ! Very good. Davide, made fabulous cocktails and is a lovely friendly guy and Mario in the restaurant is a lovely helpful guy too

We booked because they advertised a gym. Had to pay extra to go. Seriously? Also, no breakfast. Paid for breakfast one morning. Totally overpriced and awful. They told us we had 15 min to eat. Joy. Worst booking we made in Italy.

Really whats not to like about The Hive. The next time I stay on Roma I will be at The Hive Hotel. Room was very neat and clean. The light switch had me going crazy for abojt 15 minutes. I didnt understand how the lights work but that was a great feature.

The hotel rooms are massive which was very nice after some previous hotels in other cities where the rooms were cramped. The breakfast has everything you’d ever want for breakfast.

High end Hotel. Really loud middle of the night construction. Mostly helpful staff. Not the one my husband complained to in the middle of the night. Can’t really see too much of City on overnight roof. Still nice. Being close to the termini is great.

This hotel is a great option if you want to stay close to the Termini train station which is a short walk. Hotel has interior decor, very clean, good facilities. I was happy when they allowed us to check in early but since I booked 2 rooms, i was told to come back after 1 hour for the 2nd room. When I returned, the lady staff couldn’t remember what she promised me. Aside from that experience, the front desk staff do their jobs well though not very friendly. Has dining options, though a bit pricey for dinner. There are better dining options near the hotel. There is a small grocery store and laundry mat within short walking distance.

I stayed with my family (son and fiance), and this was the best decision. It's close to the Roma Termini, cafes, and authentic Italian restaurants. Walkable distance to the Trevi Fountain and other attractions. Loved the professionalism and manners of the staff. I highly recommend staying here, and I'll be visiting again once I'm back in Rome.
