Great location, close to many sites and close to train station. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, the washrooms are quite small though and the room needs a bit of touch up paint wise as there’s some scruff marks on the wall and such. More lighting in the room would be great too.

Common areas of the hotel were very nice; big lobby, nice dining area & bar. The staff were kind. Our room was a decent size, and the A/C blew cold. The bathroom was kind of small and the placement of fixtures was a little weird (i.e. toilet was placed at the end of the counter, facing the counter).

I would recommend this hotel, it was clean, spacious, comfortable, had air conditioning, the staff was wonderful. The only ding was that it was really noisy at night - have a good white noise machine.

Overall the stay was okay. Right in the centre and almost everything is walking distance. The room itself was clean but had a few issues. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell and the toilet was leaking water on to the bathroom floor. The towels also had a vinegar smell. The staff are friendly but not very cooperative and only will do the bare minimum.

The rook upgrade they gave me was in terrible condition. Room 155 specifically should be off the market. I was gone all day and finally got to the room at night and it Smells like mold and the ac filters were so dirty that it blows out over the bed. WAs tik exhausted to request for a room change and then told the management about it in the morning. I was so disappointed because my kids room in the 7th floor was beautiful and modern and i was supposed to get a room near it but instead they said they gave me an upgrade to a first floor unit. Management later said that they are in the process of renovation but the hotel is so big and didn’t get to My unit yet. That room should be condemned. It made my stay in Rome the least memorable part. Although mgmt was nice and said they would give me some credit, I have yet to receive any. And this is my first time ever I rated a room so terrible but I don’t want anyone to spend $$$ on a room that smells like mold and has thick dirty ac filters blowing out over the bed. I recently stayed at FH55 and had an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts modern and stylish decor, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.
