Clean hotel and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Great price considering it was within walking distance Rome Termini Station, The Colosseum, and Trevi Fountain. Didn’t like the fact I had to wait until 6pm (when the bar opens) to have access to ice and the beds were awful. My only 2 gripes

The hotel did not explain that they have 3 buildings down a property that they use as part of the hotel, you don't have a lobby it just feels like is a property that you are renting on your own, doesn't feel like you are staying in a resort or hotel. Was weird to walk to the other property if you needed anything from the hotel.

We had a lovely stay! The room was perfect for us and our daughter—nice layout and a decent amount of space. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were extra long. The property was well maintained overall. Hotel location was also quite good! An easy walk to Termini makes it getting to and from the airport easily with the Leonardo Express. Most of the main attractions were either a 20min walk though in the heat, we decided to take the bus to most places and there were many bus lines just minutes away. The breakfast buffet was fair, we had fruit and pastries. The pool area is quite small and you have to reserve a time to avoid over crowding. We were out most of the day that we decided not to use the spa facilities though others did and sounded like they had a good time!! The rooftop bar is a nice plus for when you want to have a little downtime before bed. Overall I’d recommend this hotel to others for the comfort of the room and accessibility to transportation.

Careful booking here. They have a building across the street where the other rooms are so you’ll have to go across the street to access the amenities in the main hotel building. Also, you have to be dressed up and have “nice” shoes on if you’re going to hang out at the rooftop bar. They will tell you to go change or they will refuse you service. Then if you express your concerns, the hotel staff will just make up excuses and tell you you’re the problem.

The young man working to bar was absolutely outstanding, very thankful for us being there very friendly! He is the only season we didn’t leave upset. Room was dirty and very hot, could not change air conditioning.

Had a very lovely stay, everything was clean except the occasional bin bag left out in the hall but the rooms were always tip top clean. Pool was a nice temperature - easy to get in without freezing! Bit of a weird shape. Room upgrade upon check in which was nice, the bed was quite firm and the air con wasn't particularly powerful but, it was adequate. Netflix on the TV which was great. Reception were helpful and friendly. Breakfast didn't engage nor seemed bothered to help but buffet was replensished frequently.
