Extremely Happy with this hotel, not sure how old is the Hotel but pretty much everything look brand New. we do have some issues with the toilet but that's pretty much everywhere in Italy & I not even get upset since the Customer service and room were amazing. I highly recommend this Hotel if you are coming to Rome close to everything.

Located in an apparently unsafe area of the city this old renovated property designed for adults only. If you arrive with kids be aware they are not shy to offer free po*n. And no way to avoid such an inconvenient offer as it is in the first screen once you turn on the TV in the movies page. Cleaning is good but they missed cleaning one night. As an Expedia VIP you get nothing. Rooms are all small (the XL is only 10sqr meters more then the small). They charge kids as adults for reservations and once there even if you are paying a 300 a night for the largest room you get no breakfast (you have to pay 22 per person). They have a restaurant, the worst pizza in Italy so far. The terrace is beautiful.They also have a Spa (beautiful I have to say) that also should be adults only. They say it is a swimming pool but it is 9 meters x 3 m long. So you have to reserve to go (hard for a hotel with 250 rooms). We wanted to leave the first night (we had a horrible experience walking back to the hotel) but they denied to return the money so we spent TONS in taxis to go anywhere. In general, a bad experience in a VIP (??) HOTEL.

This us my second time in Rome and this hotel exceded my expectations. The location is awesome, they have a beautiful restaurant inside and a rooftop bar and restaurant with quality food and a fantastic view. The staff is extremely nice and the room was spotless clean. Highly recommended.

This is a really great hotel with an awesome rooftop restaurant. Staff were wonderful and we enjoyed being in a quieter area. The caffe across the road was great, loved the owners and the veg/fruit shop a few steps away was also a good find. Will recommend.

Everything was great except the service level at the rooftop bar. I have been there twice and both times I had inattentive staff that couldn’t care less if I just left the place. I didn’t feel welcome.

Beautiful property everything was perfect except one thing. I wasn’t advised before booking that the pool sauna and steam room were out of service since February 2024. I wish I would’ve known because that was one of the main reasons I chose the property. Everything else was great though but losing that amenity was a major loss as well

Pool was not open! What a bummer. The city tax is ridiculously expensive. $40 euros for 5 nights! They don’t give you anything if you ask them. No kettle to borrow, you have to go to the bar to ask for hot water and a glass. They give you two soaps for the entire stay. No shampoo, hair conditioner, nor body wash. It’s all in one kind of soap. Disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. Except for the decor, everything is lacking. The bed is comfortable though and the ac is good.
