The staff from breakfast were very friendly and nice.. The guys who were in the lobby so so when it was time to do the check out and i habdle my card to the guy.. He don't even said thank or bye.. overall nice hotel

The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel. Parking is $25 euros per night, but we parked on the street. Breakfast had more options than other hotels we stayed in. Good choice for families. The room with beds was spacious.

Amazing Hotel and would definitely recommend it! It is super clean, modern, and located in a quiet and safe area away from the buzz of the crowded areas! There are excellent restaurants and pubs around it and it is 15 min away (by foot) from the colosseum area.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend places to eat, gave us directions on how to get a bus, taxi, and train. They even were able to get us some plates and forks so that we were able to cut my birthday cake and have a little celebration in the lobby area. The breakfast staff was wonderful and polite as well. Thank you Hotel San Giovanni for a memorable vacation!
