Dear Sir We are sorry for your inconvenience. First of all we wanna remark that our roofgarden bar is open on spring and summer seasons because now we have about 0 DEGREES ! We are sure our staff Honesty , anyway every room has a free safe inside ... Regarding city tax we are forced to ask you because is a TAX. Kindly
