Excellent attention from the host, Muna. The apartament Is very well located (1 km from the Coliseum) and near the bus stop a and metro station. It Is easy to get around Rome from there. Simple, clean, quite and well located. We booked the room for 2 people for 3 days in August. It is small and doesn't have air conditioning but it had 2 fans, so we were fine. We only used the room to sleep, take showers and go out again, since there is so much to see in that wonderful city :D

this is a good option if you need a short stay in rome that's close to public transit and other POI's, there is no AC so if you're sensitive to hot weather i wouldn't recommend it. the bed was comfortable and clean. for the price its fair, but if you want something for longer periods i wouldn't recommend it.

Perfect!
Lovely property, perfect location, and wonderful owner who speaks English fluently. Muna was very friendly and helpful during our stay. 18-minute walk to the Colosseum, a 7-minute walk to the Basilica di San Giovanni, and a 4-minute walk to a supermarket, some restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops. The room is comfortable and clean. The shared kitchen with a microwave, fridge-freezer, and coffee and tea-making facilities is definitely handy. Thanks so much, Muna, for your kindness in creating an amazing first visit to Rome. I would highly recommend this property. Sari and Kian

Pros: Muna was so helpful. She was very quick to respond and helped us as needed. The place is very close to the metro. We ate at a wonderful just up the street called Le virtù in tavola. Loved being so close to such a gem. Having a refrigerator was nice. Appreciated the fans since no air conditioning. Cons: I took the pillowcases when we left and the pillows were really gross, dirty and horrible shape. The shower was very small, if you are a larger person, it might be impossible to shower. The water pressure in the shower was basically a trickle of water. Space is in the basement, so there are no windows. No Air Conditioning.

It was good given the price. If you have heavy luggage please note there are a couple of stairs and no elevator. It does get hot and the building is not equipped with AC. Overall it was a nice stay. Muna was very courteous, picked us up from the airport and also made great recommendations.

Muna was amazing. She was very welcoming and informative about local attractions. She made sure we were taken care of and ordered our taxi to make sure we got to the train terminal. There were 6 of us in two rooms and we were comfortable. One bathroom is a little small but the other was full size. The location was convenient. We walked from the train terminal to the b&b and there were nearby attractions. Bus stops to the main attractions were just a short walk away.
