The stay was fine--good rooms, good beds. The problem was the hotel having no record of our reservations when we arrived to check in--not under either of our names, nor under Hotels.com. Fortunately, they were able to provide rooms--the front desk was terrific. Since I had received a confirmation from you when I made the reservation (which I was able to show the front desk people, so they believed me!) this was all an unfortunate surprise, and clearly would have been much worse if they hadn't had rooms available.

Stay was wonderful, close to the highway, i was there with my wife and sister, comfortable rooms, close to community amenities like supermarket, eateries, Fuel station and so on. Breakfast was top notch. We loved our stay. Dinning staffs were amazing.

Pleasant stay at good location to Seema y Thanet attractions. Hotel well maintained, helpful staff. Room bit noisy not unexpected being on busy four-way roundabout. Only low note was in room next to cleaning staff office so quite noisy from 8.30am. Good plentiful breakfast in price a bonus.
