Stay was fine since I had a car to access nearby restaurants and bars in Prestwick, but without available transport the catering and bar facilities are too limited.

Very reasonable price at £104 for 2 nights stay. So did not expect much. Room was basic but ok. The buffet dinner was terrible. All selections were tasteless at best. Breakast much better.

The place was okay for the price but there was no pressure in bathroom water, we were promised that the problem would be resolved but it wasn't. We also received a parking ticket, no one informed us that there are places we couldn't park within the hotel premises.

Avoid at all costs.
I like to be balanced in my feedback but this was probably the worst experience i have jad in a hotel. It is more like hostel and even that is a stretch. Rooms are dated and decor is poor. Food served was cold and not appealing to the eye or taste. Only positive was the bar ,which was decent and the coffee from the machine was ok.
