Great hotel

great place very clean with excellent location. Staff very nice and helpful It would be great if they had a shuttle to Theam Parks. that was a big drawback.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I just can’t get enough not only is it close to the theme parks but it’s close to shopping centers and also lots of restaurants. The hotel itself and the rooms are immaculate. Will be going back in November.

Great location

Hotel was new and close to Universal, which was great. Our room was not super clean and we found a dog kibble on the floor. Breakfast was ok. The hotel also has free parking and we didn’t have any problem finding spots after going to parks.

Excellent holiday near to all the attractions in the area, as well as attractions further afield. The bed was very comfortable. Used the gym several times and good facilities.
