It was a horrible service because I never checked in I was having trouble getting my verification code and the code from the locker I called and had no help plus I texted you guys to see if I could get a refund and never got the refund back or a texted back

Happy and satisfied with my stay

Everything from check in to check out was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I had everything I needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The pool area was nice as well. From the time we walked in the lobby the hotel smelled clean and looked clean. Would definitely stay with them again.

Our entire stay was a great experience. Easy access…walked right by others that were checking in and proceeded directly to our door with the code. Everything inside was clean and comfy. Would stay again!

The place served its purpose. We needed a place to sleep while visiting the parks. However the atmosphere was very cold. In our room there was one painting - the rest was bare white walls and bright white lights. Honestly made us feel more like a hospital.

When we arrived the a/c was set to 80. I tried to lower it and it kept saying temporary hold. Messaged and thankfully I was “able” to fix the problem because they didn’t try to come till the following morning. Before we got into bed. Both beds had what looked like boogers stuck to the comforters. I went to my convention, come back and once again, the a/c was up again. I had to go through and re- program everyday. Just last night, the a/c went up to 78 again. I was able to at 1am re-program. If another person couldn’t figure this out, would they have had to wait? Horrible. I have stayed at Sonder Hotels with no problem. Florida, in a touristy area, I would think things would be better. Disappointed

What a great stay. $7 uber to universal is convenient too. Loved everything about this place. Clean, location, pool area, kitchen unit. Not one thing was wrong at all. Also, just walk to your room and type in the code. No check in/out. All done thru the app. We loved it so much we are looking to buy in the building. Trust me, stay here.

Nice place

Stay was good last night someone broke a glass bottle or something and the half inch gap under door allowed some broken glass under door and on rug, lucky my 8 yr old seen before stepping on. The hotel is a hotel the Point and separate Sonder we told front desk and they said ok but your Sonder guest have Tommy them know for clean up. At 11pm I just cleaned up other person mess myself.

We had a great stay, however, our shower kept dripping no matter how tight we could turn the water off and was pretty loud. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
