My brother and I came here for a trip to the theme parks, it was great for the most part. Clean and easy to access things only had a night where no one was in the hotels little market. Otherwisse it was quiet and comfortable

If I could give it 0 stars I would. On the second night of my stay I have found multiple cockroaches in my bathroom. I have notified front desk staff who said there’s nothing they can do about them. I checking out the following morning and as the manager wasn’t available I was told I would be contacted within 48h to receive reimbursement due to the cockroach incident. I was never contacted and after calling twice and leaving a voicemail, I haven’t been called back. Sadly, despite decent location, this hotel is lacking in health/safety department and also in customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was a very clean nice place. Security 24/7 free parking! The security guard Simon greeted us with a smile and was very polite!! I got to check in 1 hr early def. 5 stars!!!

Rosen Inn is always a safe option to go, the rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly and its good value for your money. The hotel is a bit outdated yet it has quality materials and finishes which gives it a cozy feel and is well maintained.

This hotel is great for visiting Universal. There are kits of restaurants close by and witin reach with the I Trolley. The only diwnside is the noisy traffic from the I4.

You keep advertising closest to Universal Then they relocate you 3 miles further away from Universal Obviously booking 3 months in advance doesn’t give them enough time to hold a room , or they don’t respect Expedia bookings
