Please dont stay in this hotel if you fear for your life , there was bugs,not clean very dark and unsafe place. I would have added photos but the site didnt let me let me do it .

I do not recommend this hotel. I had to request a room change three times because the door wouldn't close properly. The entire hotel is dirty, has a foul odor, and feels unsafe. I decided to leave the same day I arrived.

Horrible

Photos lie, the place looks and smells like a dump. The room smelled like urine and cigar smoke. We booked it last minute for a spontaneous trip (not a full day booking like the lady at the front said), when we arrived we were disappointed. When we got to the room it looked like we were getting ready to be on the next episode of CSI. The furniture was sticky and the bathroom smelled. We did not stay, and asked for a refund which they refused stating we booked the room for the day and they couldn’t sell that room to anyone else. I left my information for the manager and he still has not reached out to me. Overall, stay away from this place. The cheap price is not worth the headache. We ended up going to a much better hotel where we felt safe and got a better nights rest on clean sheets.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. The terrible condition of this hotel can’t be overstated. Between the trash in the room, insect and rats droppings, the mold on the walls and even the smell of tobacco and possibly other substances, this is a hotel that should be torn down and built again. The manager refuse to refund the money we paid. This place should not be sponsored by Expedia, it gives them a bad name.

It was all bad. The photos are very deceptive. The place is so run down & out dated. The chair was stained. The curtains were broken and the room smelled of cigars. The tub had an unidentifiable green stain that doesn't come off. Staff is very rude. (Except for the white girl lol) The men are rude. We asked for clean towels at 3pm, he said there was none yet. We come back at 4:30 he said housekeeping didn't come yet and we should go find them, LOL. We come back at 5 and this was our 3rd time so he goes in the closet behind the desk & magically housekeeping will bring them down in a few min LOL. It was 5:30 by the time we got towels, and my friend was also on her menstrual & just wanted clean towels. They didn't even give body towels, they gave us the floor mat towels! We just had to laugh at this point. The cops were there for the 3 nights we were there, even twice a day. We heard other people complain about getting a refund, and the staff said you can fill out a form but it's not guaranteed you'll recieve a refund. Pool area is dirty & not clean, and trash all over the vicinity. This place is really a joke. I don't know how it's still in buisness and shut down yet. Only good thing is there are good restaurants in the vicinity (Indian food, kpot/bbq, Denny's, Ihop, 7/11 & Red Lobster) and a mini golf/live gators across the street.

Si quieren seguridad les exhorto a que no elijan ese hotel pésimas condiciones, nada seguro mi hijo tenía unos AirPods en la habitacion y desaparecieron y cuando fuimos al front desk a reclamar dijeron que no sabían nada te dice que incluye el desayuno pero en realidad solo te brindan café y jugo pésimo. La piscina que se ve en la foto si no quieren agarrar una infección jamás la utilicen.

DIRTY AND SMELLY!!!

This hotel is honestly the worst , it says breakfast included and there is none. Sheets are a dirty . FLOORS ARE HORRENDOUS. COVERED IN GUM !!! Smells like Cigarettes and WET DOG!!!!! Doors wouldn't lock and very unsafe ! They didn't even want to give me a refund . 1 out of 5 is still too much for this place .

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY! YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YALL SELVES FOR EVEN HAVING THIS PROPERTY ON YOUR BOOKING SITE!!!!!!!!! DRUGS, NEEDLES IN ROOMS, COKE BAG IN THE HALLWAY, DRUG DEALS, FIGHTS, PROSTITUTION, THE LIST GOES ON. AND I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING I TRIED TO GIVE THIS PLACE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT H*LL NO. RUDE STAFF AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER! POLICE IS THERE AT LEAST ALMOST EVERYDAY OR EVERY OTHER DAY. STRAIGHT DISGUSTING. TRASH EVERYWHERE. I WITNESSED HOUSEKEEPING REUSE THE SAME BLANKETS ON THE BED WHEN I WAS MOVING FROM ONE ROOM TO ANOTHER. SHE NEVER TOOK THE BEDDING OFF JUST REFIXED IT. TV BROKEN. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
