Property is terrible. Toilet do not flush, refrigerator not working, place is moldy, smells like smoke all over. The staff is probably the best about that place. They're very nice,kind, and soft spoken. Thwy are customer friendly. They just need a better management for the hotel

Hotel horrivel, quarto com cheiro de fresco. Tivemos muita dificuldade relacionada a infraestrutura, o chuveiro nao esquentava e mal saia agua, tivemos que pedir varias vezes para trocar de quarto e quando nos trocaram deram um quaro sujo e desarrumado. Sem contar no ar condicionado extremamente barulhento e antigo.

Checked in, did not get the room I originally reserved was told there was no more rooms available. The room I was given was nasty and the ac was not working, went down stairs to complain again was told no more rooms available so I returned my room key and am waiting for a refund

This has been the oldest, dirtiest and most neglected hotel I've ever been to, cockroach, smelly beds, dark and smelly corridors, it looked like a horror movie, the only good thing is the location, the rest is a disaster

We had the worst stay ever! Holes were found in the walls and bathroom, beneath the sink. The hotel was unclean, necessitating my wife's cleaning, and roaches and ants appeared after day three, causing us to depart prematurely, although we booked for nine days.
