They oversold out room and we got two double beds when I booked a KING BED for a “romantic” weekend. Yeah we had to sleep in separate beds. Not what I paid for and no one cares. Pretty disappointed in my stay .

Room was clean. Breakfast needed waffles and muffins maybe? Staff was great! Free or reduced parking as a perk of staying at the hotel or using the loyalty program would put you one step ahead of other hotels we have visited in the area.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great spot to stay if you are visiting universal, they have a bus that takes you right to the park.
