The property was good, a place to sleep is all we needed it for and it served that purpose. My friend had to change rooms due to smell or needing updated. My suite was good! But clearly the area is popular due to amusement parks so expected what we got for price.

The lobby was nice and decorated beautifully for Christmas. From there everything went downhill. They wanted to charge me extra for checking in before 4. I asked if I could check in now but get my room later since I would be back late and they said no, I had to pay an extra $25 for that. When I returned late at night I was had a surprise extra $27 fee for parking which I had to pay through a scan code. She gave me the paper with instructions but couldn’t walk me through it. She told me everything is on the paper. The halls were dark and musty. The elevators look like if they are falling apart. The beds are tiny. The bathroom has rust stains. They only left three towels for 4 adults. The AC was off. Worst Holiday Inn stay ever.

After a long day at Disney World, it would’ve been nice to check into a decent room. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We needed to use the restroom, but we’re not able to because when we flushed the toilet, the first time, it overflowed. Then we observed that the bedding had gigantic in the sheets on both beds. We reported the problems to maintenance immediately however, nobody came to the room, so we complained again, and then we got supposedly upgraded to another room, which was not the case. As for the second room, the furniture was damaged. We did submit pictures to management about the first room. We will not say this hotel again.

You get what you pay for.
The suite was really nice and plenty of space for a family of 6. The carpet throughout was very old and felt gross on your feet. It was unusual that there was no sink in the little kitchenette section but the two full bathrooms were nice.

Probably one of the best spots to stay at and even being across from Universal Studios. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only small gripe was TGI Fridays is odd to have linked to the hotel. However, it was a great experience.

The best part about this hotel is the proximity to the Universal Studios parks. It is a $6 Uber ride away. You can also safely walk there with sidewalks and streetlights everywhere. The shuttle they have runs very infrequently, and we only used it once. The hallway on floor 9 smells heavily like gym socks. The hallways don't seem to be vacuumed well or often. The room smelled musty/mildewy. Blasting the a/c did not help with the odor. Anything metal in the room showed signs of rust. Ex. For hinges, bathroom pipes and fixtures. The windows were very dirty on the outside. If you want a cheap place to stay only for a night or 2, and don't mind odors, this could be your place. Personally, I don't think I'd go back again.

I would not recommend this hotel Tbey advertise shuttle service to Universal, but it is only a few times and you have make a reservation, which they dont tell you when tou check in, its on a sheet in small print that if you dont read immediately, you dont know. They charged 3 days of parking for a 2 night stay, over $80.00 Destination fees close to 50 bucks, that made this hotel over 200 a night, and that include all the uber fees to get back to the hotel because of the shuttle service. How are you supposed to reserve time to come back? Especially when the shuttle only goes a few times. All these extra costs were way more rhan anticipated. It says i think 15 walk to Universal which is not true. The location is deceiving and even though i walk all the time, i couldn't walk to and from the park. This hotel cost me more than a Universal resort hotel No breakfast, not even coffee, pot was always empty. Fridays next door was just as bad, the foid looked like it sat for a hour before we got it, literally made me sick Not happy with this hotel

This was the NASTIEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and Lysol spray to disinfect my room. The sinks and tubs had leaks, the plumbing got backed up, worst of all the staff didn’t seem to care.

Everything was old. Felt old. Our room STANK like mold and it was like being in an old lady who smoked house. Like there were burn marks in the toilet seat from someone ashing in the toilet and ashes in the tile grout in the bathroom. If I could have gotten my money back I would have but we checked in late after the parks. On top of that, they want you to pay an additional 25 dollars to park in their crappy parking lot. I felt gross just sleeping in this place. Never again.
