Motel vibes

Not great. Black mold spots in tub and shower walls. Bathrooms have severe motel vibes with spigots not attached to the wall, tub didn't drain and stains on walls.

I selected this hotel for its low price and the advertised shuttle to Disney parks. But in the end this hotel wasn't what I thought it was due to an unexpectedly high amenities fee and the poor quality of the shuttle. The shuttle also ran only twice, once so early that we had to wait outside the park for an hour, and once so late that it was useless to us. It also only went to Epcot, which was very inconvenient. I don't know if there was something I missed or other shuttles because the bus wasn't marked, there were no signs, and the only guidance the front desk gave me was "it leaves at 7:15 and comes back at 9". After the first time on the shuttle I stuck to rideshare apps, which ended up costing me more than the hotel room did over the course of the trip, but at least took me where I needed to go. As far as other amenities, they were pretty sparse and not at all deserving of a separate fee. I never got the wifi to work, the three tiny towels we were given made the pool impractical, and we were given two of the smallest tubes of shampoo I have ever seen and nothing else. I enjoyed the breakfast well enough though, so credit where credit is due. One last annoyance: people in the lobby kept hounding me with what I assume were timeshare schemes and they would not respect my polite but firm "I am not interested". All in all: I wasn't expecting much, and I still got was less than that. I've learned my lesson about trying to cheap-out on a hotel for a trip like this.

Hotel make the decision not change the date. I make a mistake in the reservation, after 10 minutes I realize the mistake, try to change and they not accept!

Fun Night

It was rocky at first. Couldn’t get in the room had to go get another key then that didn’t work so then the maintenance guy had to help us and get us another room. Them TV didn’t work he replaced the TV. But it was nice and comfortable. And they did make things good for us

Grand resort not so grand!!!

Breakfast was cold Shower rod in bathroom was broken The TV wouldn’t stay on longer than 10 minutes. It cut off (no signal) then back on. Building looks “dated” The room had no microwave They kept more money than they stated from my deposit and I don’t know why

I liked it was close to some good restaurants but I didn't like how it smelled, the bathroom is very small the sink let out water very slow(even after they came in to fix the issue) the cleaners doesn't understand English. I wouldn't stay again but that's me.

I have read many negative review about this hotel but i would like to try it and it didn’t make me disappointed. Very clean, very big room, fair price and very convenient. Parking big, right next to it there are many good restaurants too. It Not far from where i wanted to go for my work trip. Thank you the staffs very kind and very helpful. They let me checked in earlier. I supposed to check in at 3 pm but they were happy and let me checked in @12pm instead. Very very kind and helpful staffs. Love it. Will be back again in the future.
