Staff was great and they clean the room everyday. All of my things that i had in the room stayed in the room. I left my wallet and jewelry there and it was there when i came back with a clean room. SO the people are honest as well as very nice.

The room smelled. The curtain fell off and when they"fixed" it, the curtain wouldn't open. They lost power, not their fault, but they had no backup generator. While every other property got power back, they did not. I left as soon as I could find another hotel. When I checked out, they would not give a refund for the day that had no electricity.

Encontraras un lindo lobby, un servicio rápido y cordial, sin embargo, te enfrentaras a un problema de humedad fuerte en algunas habitaciones, un servicio de limpieza madrugador y ruidoso por los pasillos, tu next door se sentirá como en la tuya, air conditioner que al apagarse llora como bebe o rasquea como puerta de película de terror y una habitación polvorienta, con hedor en la alfombra y una cama poco firme, todo esto sin hacerle honor a la infraestructura la cual es súper obsoleta. Si te quedas aqui, espero que tu experiencia sea mejor que la nuestra.

The property isn't new, but they are doing a great job of keeping it clean. They said a continental breakfast, but it was so much more. They even cleaned our room. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again.

Was a lovely stay, all i can say bad about it that when we arrived they charged us 20 dollers a day for taxes and a breakfast that was mandatory which you did make us aware of. I couldn't eat what they had as im lactose intolerance and my husband had 1 breakfast through out the stay as he said it wasnt nice x

Great price for a quick trip
Great for a quick trip to the parks, especially Universal Studios as the park is less than 10 minutes from the hotel; room was standard, but comfortable, and staff was friendly. If you prefer a room with the entrance from inside rather than outside, this is not your hotel. Breakfast that was "included" in the resort fee was a standard continental style, but enough to get you to your next destination.
