Was greeted on arrival by two lovely women who were so helpful with telling us how to get into the city centre from the hotel. They also informed us that there was a coffee machine and tea in lounge area as no kettle in the room but we could come down for one at any time. Room was lovely and clean, bed was comfy. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on this.

Great stay here for Benson Boone at coop Live, easy team access from Piccadilly train station then 2 min walk to hotel. We took a no.53 bus to the consent and walked back. Great staff that were happy to help. Great atmosphere in reception/bar nice music playing. Really clean. Could not fault this hotel. Would definitely sty again

Nice clean hotel with great staff. Fantastic tram link into the centre of Manc. We didn't have breakfast here, we went over to the Irish Centre for that which was delicious. For a hotel with a dedicated car park it's I found it very greedy to charge for the parking, there is no need to charge for this, just a bit cheeky and left a bit of a bad taste. We'd definitely stay again as it's a nice hotel with easy access to the city.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and the decor very fresh. Car parking directly outside and tram stop into Manchester centre a two minute walk away. I would like to give a big thank you to Gita. What a lovely, caring, helpful, happy, friendly and very welcoming young lady on reception. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. I use hotels quite frequently and Gita stands out as a natural. Please pass on our thanks.
