Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine, overall clean and tidy, but did see lots of uncleared tables during the afternoon/early evening - we heard it was due to short of staff. We didn't use the spa, although we had checked beforehand there was no treatments, except nails available to book online. Not sure if there was anything available on site/direct, but we only had a short stay, so would have preferred to book prior arriving so we could plan our schedule etc. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi was fine. Dinner - recommend the seabass with risotto! Breakfast - it was ok, hot and cold buffet available, would have like more eggs options, there was only scramble eggs and that was cold.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Check in was 3pm but because we were attending a wedding staff were accommodating and helped us to check in earlier so I was able to get ready in comfort . My room was excellent and breakfast very good. Sorry I didn’t have time for a swim and spa .

Nice place to unwind and not too far from the M11

Pros: Convenience of the location from London and the motorway
Cons: A fridge in the room would have improved overall comfort level
Location: There is a Morrison within 5 minutes walk for small stuff to make your stay complete. Cambridge is a short drive away and easy to get to.
Pros: Good location, room is spacious, adequately soundproofed and the bed is comfortable, there is ample parking space, well manicured lawns, nice pond with fish, ample areas to sit with a laptop, good wellness facilities including swimming and fitness. Gym/swimming pool and restaurant staff are friendly and professional, breakfast is a good selection and caters for vegetarians. Cons: there was no fridge in the room

nice hotel near to park and ride

Pros: not to far to drive to the park and drive. We also like the leisure pool etc.
Cons: The timescale in making up rooms for people who were staying more than 1 night.
Location: The American War Cemetery nearby also near to Cambridge Towm
hotel was good, the only bugbear is that the room had not been cleaned by our return on second day at 4 p.m. we had to ask for it to be done as we had left soon after 9 a.m. to spend the day in Cambridge and was looking forward to coming back for a swim and relax before dinner.

Fab hotel

We only stayed one night as a stop over so never used the spa etc. Staff very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Used room service which has a wide variety from sandwiches tu main meals. Breakfast fantastic had choice from cereal to cooked breakfast including pancakes! Staff through the stay very helpful. Room and bathroom very clean and tidy also spacious. Shall return
