Clean, big rooms, big pool, air con, and walking distance even with luggage to Chamartin station to catch the metro or a long distance train. Great breakfast buffet! Highly recommend.

Chamartin was a great stay! The morning breakfast was incredible, a full buffet with every delicious food group you could imagine. We needed a place close to the train station, and Chamartin is literally across the street. The staff speaks English, and they were very friendly and accommodating. They even organized the cab ride to the airport on our return trip. The hotel room was very clean and the atmosphere is safe and classy. I would highly recommend Hotel Chamartin.

First of all - the pool looks nicer in photos than in reality and keep in mind that pool is only open during summer season - June 20 through September 20. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel entrance is strange - it's unusually looking located in a short dead-end street without an easy way for taxis to turn around after drop-off. The room was good, but USB charging ports would have been nice. AC worked good, but the walls are pretty thin. Hotel lobby is pretty small, but they do offer free storage for luggage if you arrive early like I did. The restaurant had good breakfast buffet that was included although it wasn't as great as some of the reviews that I've seen. The gym was very small also. Overall an OK option in Madrid if you're looking for a place close to train station, but you can probably find better options at this price point.

I thought there would be a pool, which is a big part of the reason I booked it. For some reason pool was closed even though it’s super hot out. Also, I had two heavy bags that had to carry up the stairs and no one was there to show me where the elevator is and it wasn’t obvious. Lastly, I booked a family room for 3 and was given a room with only 2 beds. I had to call and switch

Close to Metro and train stations. Easy to access from the airport. The room has good space, clran and comfortable beds. There are everything i needed like securety box, fridge and bathtub. All staff were very helpful. Huge choices of breakfast. Supermarket within 5 mins. Gym facility was limited but it was enough for us to use while in a bust holiday. Outside swimming pool was not opened yet. I would chose this hotel again when I comd tk Madrid agsin.

My room, 1201, was very noisy. It suffered from noise from the lift shafts immediately behind the wall of the bed, from fan noise in bathroom and ill-fitting windows that led to a lot of street and wind noise. Shower also wasn't thermostatic and so ran hot and cold. Altogether very poor value for the money spent.
