Wet dog smell and loud volume from bar
Booked a suit. On opening the door I could immediately smell wet dog. Also I could hear sounds from the bar and reception as my room was directly above both. I went back to reception to ask to change rooms but no other rooms were available. I opened both windows to my room to try to remove the wet dog smell. But the sound of drunk golfers outside the bar below was louder than my iPad volume ( the tv did not work). I had to close the windows again.

Upgraded to a Garden view suite, room was lovely and huge, issue was only one hand towel for 2 of us , we did ask the next day for 2 and they readily gave us one. Spa is lovely, area lovely , one thing that lets this place down is the food this needs to be looked at.

We'll be back!
We had two rooms on a one night stay. Check in was friendly, quick and easy. Rooms were comfortable and clean (better than our previous stay). We had breakfast which was good with plenty of choice but some of the cups were not clean! We will be back. The terrace is lovely where we sat and had drinks looking over to the golf course. Check out quick and easy too. Thank you
