Trebant is a charming three bedroom holiday home situated in the small town of Looe, just a short drive from Polperro and Talland Bay. The property is set on two floors with kitchen, dining and living room on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower ground floor. Providing cosy accommodation over two floors it is close to the harbour where you can take a water taxi to East Looe, watch the local fisherman or just wander the streets of Looe.

Facilities for families: Not suitable for children under 8.
Outside: Paved rear terrace with dining table and chairs. Expansive front deck access from the entrance door at the side of the house with range of seating with stunning views of Looe.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Parking: Parking for two cars on the driveway (Trebant is access by a very steep narrow lane). Additional free car parking space higher up on The Downs car park, parking permit provided. Ideal if you have a larger 4 x 4 car. It is then 5 minutes walk down to Trebant through the gated barrier at the top of the road.
Nearest beach: 0.25 miles.
Nearest amenities: 0.1 miles.
Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 9am.
