Exceptional accomodation. A very good location for Albert Docks area & the Arena events. Room was great with a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchen with nice dining area. Would be perfect for longer stays (long weekend, week etc). Amazing staff, friendly and fun to interact with.

Comic con Weekender
Came here with my sister for comic con. Brilliant location. Lovely clean welcoming hotel. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Both were really comfortable. The apartment was like home from home could have moved in tbh. Had a little issue with the heating but it was rectified and the staff were really amazing and helpful. Would recommend and hopefully back in may for comic con 2025

This hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in when we have visited Liverpool. It was lovely so clean, the location was perfect. Breakfast was really good we will definitely stay here again.

What a beautifull hotel right on the docks would stay here again so friendly rooms so clean and accomodate you for everything only down fall was breakfast in morning was so unorganised and queing waiting as was no breakfast and need to re arrange drink machine for coffee away from breakfast side as queues everywhere other than that this place is faultless own carpark gym laudry room staff as so polite and helpfull .

Fantastic hotel!
We had a fantastic couple of nights at the Staybridge Suites, Liverpool. The room was immaculate and had everything you need including a fully equipt kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge. An iron, with ironing board, hairdryer and all the usual hotel room amenities. The staff were excellent and very friendly from the reception to the cleaners and catering team. The breakfast was delicious with buffet style hot and cold options (Full English, cereals, pastries, cheese and meats). We were especially impressed and surprised by the complimentary drinks and nibbles (cheese, biscuits, hummus, pate etc) The location was also great with plenty of nice bars/restaurants around the docks and only a short walk into the middle of Liverpool. 15mins to Mathew Street and the Cavern Club. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again!

THE ROOM LOOKED ONTO A DERELICT SITE, THE HOTEL TO GET TO IS NOT AT ALL SAFE. BUILDING WORKS AND STRANGERS ALL AROUND. PICKED UP A STOMACHE BUG FROM THE BREAKFAST FOOD AND ILL ALL DAY.

Only stayed for two days but I love having a little kitchen for late night snacks and not having to get dressed for breakfast The location was great, walking distance to city centre and felt safe walking back even late at night The room was spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom with big shower. No noise heard from other guests, in fact when we did make it down for the complimentary breakfast I was surprised by how many other guests there were! The buffet style breakfast was great, plenty of choice and staff available to help with any queries Would definitely stay again if we travel back to Liverpool.
