Parking is a bit of a pain, The hotel is very nice though the room was nice and clean and quiet just a little bit pokey for two people but great if you’re on your own and working away.

Perfect location - walking distance (15 min walk) to all the Liverpool sites but very close (5 min walk) to lots of restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The hotel itself is very nice. Parking was offsite which is a little inconvenient but not bad considering the lot we used was just around the corner. I wish we stayed longer than 1 night because the hotel was quite nice and I would have like to have seen more of Liverpool.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Liverpool. Nice friendly, clean quality hotel. Room was spot on, spacious and comfy beds. Everything you need is close by, train, shops, restaurants and no outside noise at all. Highly recommend and woukd def stay again.

Highly recommend staying at The Resident. The customer service prior and during was great, the team provided details around the discounted car park, which was much appreciated. The property itself was in a perfect location, walkable to everything and though you're on a busy central spot with lots of bars/restaurants surrounding, the room itself was very peaceful, we enjoyed a great night sleep!
