Nice hotel. I booked a room for 1 person as I was there on business. The room was nice and clean with a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, sink, kettle and Nespresso machine. The room is quite small and one side of the double bed was against the wall, as it was just me that was fine but it could be uncomfortable for a couple. The bathroom was nice and clean with quality toiletries. They had complimentary beer or wine in the hall on the arrival day which was a nice touch. In summary; a nice hotel with helpful staff in a busy part of town, about 10 minutes from Lime Street station with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Lovely hotel would recommend quiet clean very comfy bed lovely shower and product's to use in the bathroom not far from shops pubs places to eat. Friendly helpful staff .

Staff was excellent - polite and very helpful at check-in and with parking arrangements! Unfortunately, room was too small and cramped and the bed was uncomfortable. Area around the hotel was dirty with garbage and partygoers throwing up.

The hotel is surrounded by many bars and restaurants that are open to 6am in a very busy and noisy area, but the room was totally sound proofed and heard heard absolutely no noise. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful and really couldnt do enough for us. It was my sons birthday and they filled our room with balloons and left a birthday gift. I will definitely be recommending The Resident to friends who are planning a trip to Liverpool.

Love this hotel there is no breakfast which is not available if you expecting this don’t book If you like a hotel that isn’t plastic friendly staff and guest focused on hand when you need them choose this hotel. I had a minor issue which I won’t go into that was resolved immediately no fuss Rooms are comfortable I went for the basic room but have stayed on previous visits in the suite. Sara around is lovely at night hotel is secure and sound proofed
