Great hotel
Absolutely loved our stay. Beds were comfy and staff were super friendly. Close to the train station and close to the city centre. We have booked again already and we will always look to book this when we stay in Liverpool

We really wanted to like this hotel but it was quite a horrible stay. The staff were lovely but the hotel should be marketed as a hen do hotel, not for couples. We were woken up by someone trying to enter our room at 4.30 in the morning. We also had screaming women outside our room and a women so loud and upset it sounded like she was dying. They was also an arrest happening as we left. Our room was mouldy and there were dead flies on the window, it just didnt feel clean and everything seemed worn. We really wanted to like it here but im sad to say we wont be back.

Fabulous hotel
My husband and I went for a couple of days break. The staff was so friendly, rooms were fantastic; so comfortable and spacious.We felt so pampered and definitely want to go back. The only thing that let the hotel down was the lack of dress code of the guests. As it is a 4star hotel we were shocked to find women in pyjamas and slippers sitting on the steps at the entrance, smoking cigarettes. The guests at the breakfast were not dressed much different which i thought was a shame.

Lovely stay, would stay again. Good friendly staff, great location close to local places. Exciting decor, and loved the spa bath. A little run down, the room could do with some tlc. Need to turn up the light at breakfast time in the food hall.

This is a quirky hotel with charm! We had a huge bedroom (3 beds!) and the 2 we used were comfortable except for the very flat pillows. They had a nice bar area. The poor girl behind the bar had just started working there and needs some training. The breakfast area was great and a good selection of foods.

Hotel was lovely. It was clean and very quirky. The rooms was big and bathrooms was so good the shower and jet baths was go good. Hotel had a a great restaurant breakfast was lovely and the bar was well stocked goid cocktails at a great price. Its also really in a good location near everything. I'd recommend especially for a group

Hotel in a good location
A warm welcome at Reception; cleaners very polite; extra large room for two of us (with two king size and two single beds); loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom There was only one wardrobe and because there were three high shelves inside the rail was not practical for hanging shirts and dresses. There was a buildup of mould in the gap between the old and new window panels - not appealing if you want to look outside. Breakfast was okay, not a great choice for fruit lovers.
