Great location
Stayed here with grandkids at the weekend this hotel is in a great location for visiting Liverpool and has a swimming pool which has to be pre booked but good for passing time with kids. Staff were very helpful. Only down side was a very strong smell of shake and vac on our corridor seemed to be used to mask other smells

Pretty good- except the swimming pool issue
Really enjoyed it. Staff lovely. Only issue we had was when we had booked to go swimming on Thursday 25th july at 10am. Apparently there was some issues going on with pool. Had been told we'd have to wait about 10mins, then 20 and so on. Myself and my young daughter ended up waiting nearly an hour in total. Only to be told they still weren't letting anyone in. So it sort of ruined our plans for the day. My daughter was really upset, as she got all excited to go swimming in the morning then being told we couldn't go in.

Great location. Rooms hot
Great location, parking really good next door. The room was so hot. No air conditioning. I did ask for a fan and that got brought to the room which helped a bit. Breakfast was good.
