Rooms are pretty dusty. It appears that the bare minimum is done to prepare a room (have photos to prove) Management’s customer relations is very poor as there is a reluctance to deal with a complaint swiftly, professionally and satisfactorily. Having stayed here over half a dozen times in the past year I will most certainly not be doing so again in future

We was welcomed great on the 1st afternoon hotel was big fairly clean looking bit dated not bed was comfy , the bathroom was clean the floor is staffing come away plus it wet room so when you have a shower the water comes out near the hand sink so your wet are always wet , they have these funky door signs you put out if you want the room made up you tick a box with comment but ours were used so not changed if going to use they then should be changed each used lol Breakfast is very basic only beans and egg if your veggie could at least have veggie sausage or hash browns coffee was nice Downside my parter went to downstairs toilet was dirty and smelly one broken toilet so had to go back up to hotel room That evening came back key card did not work The guy on front desk Liam was seeing some one in they had full out checking form he could have ask if I was ok but had wait even thou About 22.30 that night someone was trying to get in to the room parter got up went to door and said wrong room Man showed the card and had his door number on it is that why key card stop working ? Was not able to get back to sleep for hours wanted that early night as had 5 hour drive next morning morning went to breakfast rude lady called Rita said you got breakfast are you staying in the hotel I got my key card out she help your self I know they got ask then picking up rubish with cleaning cloth then putting It bin the continued to clean table it there lots more but more space

We arrived with two children, ready for their bed to find a very small sofa not made up, no bedding etc. and surprised staff at reception that this hasn't been done by the maids. We then had to wait a significant time for bedding and a camp bed due to the sofa bed actually being tiny. There was insufficient towels and the general tidiness / cleanliness of the room and sheets wasn't really adequate. I must compliment the trainee staff member who tried her best to make the best of the situation and was extremely hard working and spoke to the children etc. She got the additional stuff and made up the beds etc.
