GREAT PLACE TO GO!
Two Villas booked for special birthday celebrations. Both were perfect! Ate on site - food was delicious! Staff so friendly and helpful. Will be back.

The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The castle is gorgeous and the staff are very helpful and attentive and friendly. The washer/dryer combo in our unit was convenient but not extremely efficient. The floors squeaked a lot as we walked around but the whole experience was amazing. We'd highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. Everything was excellent. A beautiful setting. Quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovely. We enjoyed using the pool and had a good meal in the White Cockade. Staff were all very nice and friendly.

We loved the pool and kids' activities. The property is lovely with lots of walks. Room was nice and spacious. One problem at the bar/restaurant. We were told to order food before 8:45pm but when we tried at 8:30pm the bar man said kitchen was closed. They should get their times straight. We had to drive to town for food. Otherwise, great accommodation.

Each villa has plenty of room around each, so that they are quiet and the views are not blocked. Property has a lot of activities to participate in.

The staff really make Kilconquhar a wonderful place to visit. Our stay began with the lovely welcome at reception. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We ate both breakfast and dinner in the Bistro and could not fault the food or service. The grounds are looking beautiful and we had a few putting competitions. Wouldn't change a thing. Well done!

Nice hotel on a site with lots of holiday cottages. Very little choice food or bar wise, menu looks great but the actual food is a little underwhelming. Friendly reception staff. Pool is alright but a little small.

It was the most beautiful surroundings. Very well maintained. There was every item in the self catering lodges, dishwasher, washing machine and every utensil you require. Great staff was a bonus.

Lovely place.
We had a lovely stay in room 16 Lochore. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy. Lovely breakfast included. The staff were all very friendly.

I found a large fish bone in my Cullen Skink and it was dismissed out of hand. The bath was slippery when stepping out of the shower but overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel and grounds, we had a huge family room, beds were comfy. Plenty room for our wee dog who enjoyed walks in the grounds. Great service from reception. Sabrina actually walked us to the room in the pouring rain to show us where to go. She was great. Beautiful stay. Will be back

Fantastic place to stay, especially if you want to take a dog on holiday with you! Staff were fantastic, everyone was so nice and helpful. Lots to do during the day for kids, not much at night so wouldn't recommend if entertainment is your thing. Location wise its perfect to access so many parts of the Fife Coastal Path. Overall great value for money 👌

Baby and dog friendly
We had a fantastic stay and the baby and the dog were well catered for. We loved the pool and the very welcoming staff. We hope to come back in future since it’s a great place and a lovely area of Fife to explore
