I was not happy that I booked a family room for my husband who was staying for a week for work in the area. In the booking it says a king size bed, but instead on check in they gave him a room with a double bed only.

Friendly staff, very, tired fittings
The front of house team were very helpful. The cleaner was friendly and the room was cleaned to a high standard. It was let down by the age of the fixtures and fittings. Sofa ripped, towel rail coming off the wall in the bathroom. The mattress was comfy, but very warm room. I had a lovely warm shower, with strong waterflow. The bath was clean, but some black mould on the grouting. The only way to get rid of it is by replacing it. Fresh bread, croissants, youghurts and cereal for breakfast . For a last minute stay, it was servicable, I feel sad saying this, because the team were amazing.
