Absolutely amazing spa and hotel. Rooms are beautiful and hotel is so clean and beautiful. Food was amazing , breakfasts we perfect even had lots of gluten free options

We stayed at Oulton Hall previously so we’re looking forward to this stay, unfortunately this stay didn’t quite live up to it. The room was ok. It was comfortable and clean but really the standard didn’t quite match the price we paid and we have stayed in just as nice for a lot less. The remake of the room the stay day was disappointing they only made half the bed because my pj’s we’re on the one side and they only left one lot of fresh towels which wasn’t helpful once one of us was already in the shower. Reception were quick to rectify this though so credit there. Dinner was lovely the staff were super attentive and the food delicious. Likewise the bar staff in the champagne bar were lovely also. Breakfast Sunday morning we made the mistake of going down a bit later meaning it was busy so we had to ask for coffee as no one came to the table and we had to ask for tea spoons as they were missing. We couldn’t get in for any treatments as I’d left it too late so we went to the pool instead. It was really rather chilly so we couldn’t stay in for long which was a shame. All in all these are picky things but our stay the first time was just so good that’s it is hard not to compare. Will we come again? I’m not sure, perhaps not on a bank holiday weekend again.

All staff were cheerful throughout the stay which was lovely to see. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was immaculate with excellent facilities. The bar and lobby area was stunning.

Decent hotel near Leeds
Stayed here for our wedding night, but only the bare minimum service was provided. Although we put in the booking notes that it was our wedding night, and arriving in our wedding outfits, the staff did the bare minimum and did nothing to make our stay special at all. We wouldn't recommend for a special occasion but it's a decent place for a regular weekend away. The breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable enough.

Fabulous hotel
Really enjoyed our stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant was excellent and food was fab. Stsyed here prior to a visit to Emeeradle tour, as a little more than some hotels nearby but with free parking worked out similar price. Will definitely return.

Food was delicious, staff were attentive, room was clean, apart from the pine furniture which had seen better days. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. Location is great, close to Leeds.
