A very good choice if you are catching an early flight from Gatwick. Clean safe hotel. Quieter than expected Helpful staff. A large bar. There is a shuttle bus that runs about every 15 minutes 24/7 to th airport terminals for a small amount. There are also some takeout food options in the close vicinity if needed. Very good value for money.

We stayed here for 2 nights. You could tell the hotel was a bit dated but otherwise clean. However, our room was very cold and we had to ask for a heater. The unit on the wall was only for A/C apparently.

Perfect airport hotel. The Hoppa made transportation to and from the airport easy. Nice clean room with an excellent breakfast buffet offering a full English breakfast with plenty of other options.

My one night stay was good but this didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel . The room was quite basic and was small. Staff at the hotel were excellent, very helpful and responsive. Close to airport, easily accessible by the Gatwick Hoppa

All round excellent accomodation.
Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The chicken curry I had for dinner was one of the best I have ever eaten. Holiday Inn has proven to provide great accomdation for the night before early flights both at Gatwick and in Melbourne.

The shuttle service was the main reason we even booked this hotel and it was so convenient. We arrived early to just drop our bags off and it was really nice of them to keep it for us before check in. The staff was very friendly, it was very busy and the line was every long but they apologized for the inconvenience. I like that they offer room service and also a 3 course meal, it was very nice to have that option since we were traveling we didn’t really want to leave the property. Overall a good and clean hotel close to the airport.

Arrived late for a next day flight, no cot in the room but someone very quickly brought it up for us. The room was very hot and no sound proofing from other guests in the corridors. Plane noise also loud but we chose a hotel on the airport so can’t complain. Our main trouble is that parking was non existent when we arrived, and with a two year old sleeping we hastily parked on grass after being told to by reception. The following morning we were stuck in the mud after a night of rain. Luckily a kind receptionist got some guys to come help us and after maybe half hour we were out. Although sewage was coming out of the we’d mud and we could smell this from our trainers when at the airport. We also had to pay to park which seems crazy when it was on a random piece of grass.
