9 Trevithick Court is a spacious holiday bolthole located on the edges of the Tolroy Manor holiday park. Surrounded by trees, and grassy areas and just a short walk from the on site facilities, 9 Trevithick Court offers the convenience of a holiday park in a great location for exploring west Cornwall.
With three bedrooms (two doubles, one triple), open plan kitchen, lounge and dining space, downstairs bathroom and double bedroom and two further upstairs bedrooms, further shower room and space to sit outside, 9 Trevithic Court feels light and airy and makes a great family getaway.
The perfect location from which to explore West Cornwall, Tolroy Manor is just a short drive from the beach and amenities of Hayle, and close by to the picturesque town of St. Ives and Penzance.
Downstairs
Living Space - open plan lounge with two comfy brown leather sofas, and a tub chair, framing the room. There is a modern HD TV sitting on a wooden coffee table, which can be connected to other devices guests bring with them. The lounge area is lit by bright overhead lights or several lamps creating a cosy atmosphere, complemented by wood effect laminate flooring. There are multiple plug sockets around the lounge and a utility cupboard housing the ironing board (should you want it…) and fuse boxes.
Dining area - is adjacent to the lounge, neatly tucked away featuring an extended table, 2 chairs and 2 benches, easily seating 7 guests. Perfect for eating fish ‘n' chips or a having a game of cards or plotting the next adventure! In the corner is a storage cupboard containing hanging space for coats, a vacuum cleaner and assorted cleaning items should they be needed. The area has a wall-mounted heater and wood effect laminate flooring.
Kitchen - The kitchen is well equipped with all essential items including full size oven and hob with extractor fan, as well as kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge / freezer. There's also crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils sufficient for 7 people.
Please Note- The immersion switch is located behind the fridge / freezer. Immersion should be boosted for an hour in the morning (and or evening, if required) to heat the hot water tank..
Double Bedroom - On the ground floor there is a double bedroom containing a wooden framed double bed and memory foam mattress, bedside cabinet, lamp and wardrobe. The room has a window, and a door to the rear of the property, perfect for easy access to the outside grassy area at the rear of the property. The bedroom is finished with wood effect laminate flooring. Black out curtains keep it cosy.
Downstairs bathroom - The downstairs bathroom features a full-size bath, with an over bath electric power shower, wash hand basin, mirror and toilet. The bathroom is furnished with a wall-mounted electric fan heater and wood effect lino flooring. Privacy is protected by obscured windows and blinds.
Upstairs
Double bedroom - Upstairs is the master bedroom which contains a wooden framed double bed and mattress with matching bedside cabinets and bedside lamps. The room also contains a chest of drawers, wardrobe and large feature mirror. There is a small wall-mounted heater for extra warmth if required. There is a front facing window as well as a side double glazed door giving access to a balcony, providing views over the trees and rest of the park. On the balcony, you'll find a small bistro set where you can relax and enjoy the moment!
Triple Bedroom - Next to the master bedroom is the 3rd bedroom consisting of 3 single beds, 2 bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, chest of drawers, small mirror and wardrobe. It has a smart granite coloured carpet. Double aspect windows provide a light-filled room.
Upstairs shower room - The upstairs spacious bathroom features a newly renovated suite, consisting of an oversize quadrant shower cubicle, new shower (running from the hot water system), wash hand basin, large mirror, toilet and storage cupboard. Privacy is protected by an obscured window and blind.
Outside - the front of the property is a paved patio area with wooden bench seating for alfresco eating and drinking. There are shared grassy areas both in front and behind the property, ideal for relaxing, playing games or exercising dogs. As the chalet is on the end of a row, the car park is right next to the property for easy and convenient access.
Parking is adjacent to the property.
This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day.
Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
