Fantastic value, great service.
Second time staying here and will do so again. First time to have evening meal and delighted by the choice and value for money as there is a kids menu as well. Good clean comfortable room for family of 4.

Shame about the menu
The room I stayed in was fine but it was a very cold night and we couldn't get the heating to work properly. However the staff were great and went out of their way to make sure I was warm enough by bringing a heater and extra duvet. Biggest let down was the menu. Extremely poor choice of food for a hotel. Basic pub grub (burgers, pizza, curry) and nothing lower calorie/healthy on the menu - even salads were very high calorie and no-one really wants a salad in November. Ordered a burger and the food was tasty and well cooked but I would've preferred something more inspiring and lower calorie

Good hotel
Nice place right next to race track. Ample parking and was literally 5 mins from where I had to work so fantastic. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Good showers with all the added soaps etc…. Our evening dinner was ok but breakfast was very good.

Quality stay
Modern 180 bedroom hotel with comfortable beds. This is our third stay and hasn’t disappointed. Excellent cleanliness- top marks to the housekeeping team. Good reception and breakfast vibe- lots of guest interaction and great atmosphere.

Just as a night away should be
For a one-night stay (went for a football game in Glasgow and this hotel is well-located) this was perfect, The room was very clean and modern: beds were comfortable, with no noise heard to disturb us: no complaints about the bathroom, and decent soap, conditioner etc. Easy check-in, good-sized car park, and a good breakfast to get us on our way the next day, Also nice to look out over the racecourse. Very friendly cleaning staff, and all staff we met were helpful.

Disappointing
Hotel was clean, well maintained. Male at reception on arrival was very blunt when asking about checking in early charges are 10 pounds per room per hour. The tone and manner was un professional. Dog's seem to given prioity bowls throughout reception, free dog treats. A member of the party was told off by reception staff for eating non hotel food in reception after restaurant had closed, no obvious signage and as stated above with preference given to dog bowls.
