We all really enjoyed our stay here, in a family room. The staff were so friendly. We had ordered a cot that wasn't in the room on arrival, but the lady on reception sorted it straight away. I thought that the bed was a little hard but my husband thought it was great, so that's just personal preference. Lovely and clean, great drinks facilities in the room and good bathroom. Perfect location for travelling yet we didn't hear any road noise.

All ok except was offered room cleaning but it didn’t happen so had to go to reception for clean towels as we had put them on the floor. Also breakfast - not everything was available and we were not at the last minute
