The art work was really interesting. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent value. It is in an excellent position for shopping theatre and the seafront.

We were greeted on arrival by lovely staff and given a parking permit for the duration of our stay. Our room was large and bright with a huge en-suite (with one bath and one shower). The hotel was very clean, tastefully decorated, and offered a competitively-priced breakfast, which was HOT, and one of the best we've had at any hotel. da Vinci is a 1 minute walk from Devonshire Park Theatre, and 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

Superb art hotel.

Thought the property was lovely however room had paint pot in room and paint brush in sink when I checked in otherwise the room was clean. Breakfast was cold the first morning. Slightly hotter second morning. TV at night kept going fuzzy.
