A wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location. 10 minute walks to the Marina Mall and The Walk, five minute walk to the nearest metro station, plenty of grocery stores nearby. The hotel staff were professional and friendly, always ready with a ‘good morning’ when they greet you. Concierge, housekeeping and security staff were great. Excellent customer service. Good value for money, all things considered. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next stay here.

The room is very spacious. A few things in my room seemed to be old/outdated. I keep smelling cigarettes smoke really strong in the hallway and at times smelled it even in my room. I am definitely not a smoker. So that bothered me.

I recently stayed at Marina Hotel Apartments for the second time this year in a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 nights. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The windows were dirty, blocking the view, and the balcony furniture was unclean and uncomfortable. Room service was unreliable, often arriving late and failing to provide fresh bedding throughout our stay. The kitchenware was dirty, and the bathroom had yellow marks on the toilet seats. The overall condition of the hotel was poor, with outdated furniture and a carpet with burnt spots. I cannot recommend this hotel apartments and will be looking for better options for future visits to Dubai.

The staff here are always friendly and you can't fault the size of the rooms and property location. The rooms themselves are very dated and there's definitely a mould problem. We had a lot of mould, damp spots and paint peeling off the walls on our room throughout our stay. Overall though, if you weren't staying in height of summer, it's good for families.

Great place to stay, we were there for two weeks with our two children. The apartment was huge, amenities were fantastic, and so close to walk to some great supermarkets, restaurants and great running route for my husband who enjoys running daily. Would definitely stay again.

It was average. The floor lobby on exiting from elevator had cigarette smell. After staying one week, we requested the property management to renew for another week. Instead of offering best price, their argument was, "you show us what is the price you are getting online". I felt the humility lacking. Not acceptable in this competitive hospitality industry, especially during this season, when the properties are going so vacant due to the hot season. We had to shift ourselves to another property due to this high handed approach of the management.
