Cozumel Hotels with Childcare

"Staff were fantastic in helping us understand how things worked. Down side, is the pool and beach chairs were always being reserved so it was difficult to ever get a good seat. People would go out as early as 4am to reserve a chair on the beach. Many would not be used until later in the day and sit empty. While the rest of the hotel users would enjoy accessing these unused chairs. Very frustrating. "

"I just got back from staying here the week of February 19th to the 26th and I read all of the reviews and was very hesitant and nervous about staying as it didn’t get a lot of great or even good reviews, but I kept an open mind and I am not a picky person but I still prepared myself that it may not be that great. All I can say is don’t read the reviews lol except this one and go there with an open mind and see for yourself. I did and I have to say that from the time we landed and got our shuttle service and arrived was nothing but amazing. The hotel had a jungle feel and at first we saw one big jungle pool with a bar and thought ok it’s pretty shaded and was cold but it still was beautiful, then we ate at buffet which I could always find something at and every night was a theme of kind of what they had for food, then the next day we realized there was a whole other area u see the road which I was so skeptical of as the pics show it like the hotel is so far away but it was not and the under bridge tunnel was pretty cool and it led you to the beach area cove which was beautiful and that’s where you can snorkel, then there was an adult infinity pool with a bar in the pool and also on the other side is like the family side where there is another pool with swim up bar and two areas that look like hot tubs that are literally in the ocean out on a balcony that are a pool not hot but was awesome for our group like we had "
