Very friendly staff. Staff suggested different places to eat and all venues were excellent. Golf simulator and pitch and putt were good fun especially since we weren’t golfers. We were delighted with our 3 night stay at the Carnoustie Golf spa Hotel

Great location for the experience of golf at its best, can’t fault the staff or facilities, restaurant food was enjoyable with a good selection of drinks, rooms comfortable, play all three courses you wont be disappointed.

The hotel is going theough a refit and the downstairs areas which have been done were great. The room was very tired but the bed comfortable so no real issue. The biggest criticism was no wi-fi coverage in the room which these days is a given. Was told there were "issues with the wi-fi provider" but this is such an easy fix in a modern construction building, there is no excuse. Wi fi in the bar was fine but as i had TEAMS meetings i couldnt do them from there. Otherwise, staff were excellent and the food was also pretty good. If they could just sort the wi fi i would definately stay again.

Warmly welcomed by the young receptionist and given a beautiful huge room overlooking the 18th hole. Big comfy bed, large bathroom with quality toiletries. Would have given 5 stars but found the coffee machine in the room didnt make a hot cup of tea only luke warm and when we had a pot if tea in the bar it was also very disappointing. It was luke warm. I undetstand now that the water comes from a machine. l did ask for a kettle but non available. Also. we didnt have wufi in our room which was most inconvenient. Apart from those issues we had a lovely stay. Thank you

Wow! What a great place to stay! The town of Carnoustie has very little to offer outside of the golf course. We booked a room overlooking the 1st tee box and the 18th green of the Championship course. So fun watching the golfers. Breakfast had great options and dinner was great too! Be sure to try their Sticky Toffee Pudding. Yum!

We were really impressed with the hotel our rooms and all public areas were like new. The staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly which made us feel very welcome. The location beside 3 great links courses was perfect. We came away saying we must come back asap.
