The bedrooms offer luxurious beds boasting quality linens and towels and are complemented by modern and sleek en-suites. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and the kitchen offers every modern convenience. Diamond Cottage offers quality and comfort throughout and the perfect place to enjoy a small break in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside.
Great Corby is a desirable and very pretty little village and has a well-regarded pub and a microbrewery where you can enjoy some fine ales all brewed on site. The village is beautifully placed above the River Eden where an impressive Victorian viaduct spans the river and provides pedestrian access to the nearby village of Wetheral. Diamond Cottage is the perfect location for exploring further afield. Enjoy a visit to Hadrian’s Wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Talkin Tarn is also a lovely day out where you can enjoy water sports on the Tarn and enjoy the lovely woodland walks. The delightful little market town of Brampton is close by where there are a mix of shops and restaurants and the Border city of Carlisle where you can enjoy high street shopping or cultural sites. Close to the Lake District National Park, the North Pennines and Scotland your location here at Diamond Cottage is superb.
