Bartender at swim up bar in the pool was rude and made us feel like we were bothering him. When asked question regarding drinks and was very rude didn’t want to explain the options. Made me feel uncomfortable and not willing to go back for more drinks.

Overall- great place to be and likely will come back. The beach and water is not perfect and there is often an “egg” smell (also the jacuzzi in the room smelled like eggs when filled with water), but the pool and “all inclusive” style of the resort makes up for this. All staff were friendly as can be, and helpful at all times.

Kids loved the huge pools and slide/ jump stand. Food was pretty good, most restaurants could’ve been better. Room was nice, upgraded to an ocean view and the resort was beautiful.

Pros: The resort offers a well-maintained, spacious area with a good variety and quality of food options. The room was a nice size, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, although it could have been cleaner. The pools are a definite highlight—clean and inviting. Cons: While the beach is pretty and clean, it’s not really accessible for adults, as wave breakers block deeper water access, limiting it to waist level. Unfortunately, our experience with the kids’ club was disappointing. I brought my 4.5-year-old son for his first try for about 40 min. It looks like the girls at the check in tried to come up with an excuse to not take him. He seemed to be inconvenient for them since he was the youngest. They ended up letting him in with stone faces which obviously made him feel very unwelcome. Although they eventually accepted him, their demeanor affected his comfort. The following morning, when we tried again, they expressed frustration that he wasn’t engaging in their activities, they wanted him to compete in sport games with 6-8 years old kids. After about 1 hr minutes, they chased me down on the property and asked me to pick him up. So would definitely not recommend this resort if you are planning to use the kids club.

Nice family resort. The staff are helpful. Wide variety of food choices, but they have a very few or hardly any vegetarian food options. Property is very clean. At the Marina, the pool is quite big and entertaining.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would definitely come back again. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. We appreciated how safe we felt and how clean the resort/rooms were. Our only critique is we were a little disappointed with the food at the restaurants. If/when we return, we would just plan to eat at the buffets. There were options for everyone and the service was fast.
