Hotel stay

Hotel was lovely but a few things were off.... on arrival I was addressed as young lady.... this I found to be quite condescending also this woman didn’t tell us that breakfast was included or where it was or where the leisure center was she barely told us where the lifts to our room were. Hotel room very spacious and cozy bed extremely comfortable which is what I needed. So cozy in fact we decided to order room service. Expectations of room service and from other hotel trips you don’t need to leave the room for room service as it is implied in the name but on this occasion the card machine wouldn’t work in the room I had no cash and they wouldn’t charge it to the room as I didn’t leave my card details with the reception... another thing the woman who checked us in failed to mention. So in order to get food quickly and avoid stress I went to reception to pay bill in which case I practically had to guess the bill so most definitely got a bit over charged. Yes the girl at reception this time was more approachable and apologetic but i have never seen disorganization. After all that the food was delicious. Over all the stay was lovely but communication needs to be more of a priority.

large Hotel

Pros: not a lot
Cons: the bar menu, no frozen chips please
Location: I was just passing through
arrived early evening booked in and went straight to our room with the smallest TV I have ever seen in a hotel room. I had to sit on the edge of the bed to see anything. Went down to a very noisy bar for a meal, the service was slow and the meal was poor for a large hotel. could not really complain about the breakfast.

Nice getaway for 2

The hotel was lovely and had a nice friendly atmosphere. It was only a short drive from blanchardstown so ideal for a relaxing night away after doing some shopping. The staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Weekend stay.

Lovely stay for the weekend, food, pool and staff were all was good. The room was very spatious and clean but very warm and no air-con.

Disaster

Leisure center was filthy, whirlpool wasn´t working for few days, pool smells and plasters were everywhere.
