The property is very close to the beach, the peer to go to Isla Mujeres, local restaurants and many other things. In conclusion, it is very well located for a getaway.

We came to this property after leaving our original booking, which we reserved for seven days. This is another property in the downtown area. This property makes our trip so beautiful, value-added, and nice. We really enjoyed the property's facilities and surrounding activities. Our children really enjoyed it. The breakfast was very good. We loved the able to walk to different beaches, restaurants, and shops. Very convenient location. Breakfast buffet was ok, same food for 3 days. But the 12 hours of drinks was great as well!

The hotel was very dirty. Some of the areas were with evident neglect in cleaning and lack of follow up on things which were not working. One of the two The elevator two elevators was not working.
