Satisfied customer.

This is a good city hotel. Small enough to feel welcomed and not overwhelmed but with all the things you need. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Aircon was totally unsuitable. It has a lowest temperature of 19 degrees and no way of opening any windows. There is no way i could stay there in the summer months, It was October and mild outside. I can't imagine how hot it gets in there in the summer.

Nice stay for one night

Overall the hotel is nice, smells very clean, breakfast is okay, easy walk into town or on a bus route. There were just some small observations that knock things down like dirty shower seal, non working small shower head and no slippers with robes.

Luxurious hotel for a weekend stay in Cambridge

Couldn’t fault the hotel, excellent service from beginning to end. Welcoming, friendly staff throughout and a special thanks to Diane on reception for being super helpful. Fantastic room (Attenborough apartment), great range of foods at breakfast, lovely bar and spa area. Will definitely be returning!
