The first room we were allocated looked as though the beds had been sat on, so we asked for a different room, and that one was fine. Soap and shower gel were the only toiletries provided and meagre amounts of tea and coffee were in the room. More was given on request and plant based milk too, which was great.
We didn't eat at the hotel because as a vegan and a vegetarian, suitable food choices were limited, plus the information we were given was that, because we were staying out of season some services were unavailable. The Receptionist was helpful, though some issues (like how to get the TV to work, or the heating or wifi) could be resolved by providing more information in the room. Overall, the accommodation was suitable for the purposes of our stay.
